This would be my second time working with herenow so I'm just going with the flow. I've been doing music for a long time now and the digital age is the way to go in my opinion.

Charged for hearing aids that were returned before the trail date was up.

I was told that I could have hearing aids on trial free for 46 days. Received Hear Now hearing aids on 3/17/2021 and returned them on 4/19/2021. After two adjustments by their Hearing Instrument Specialist, I found the hearing aids did not offer me to speech clarity I was looking for. I now have hearing aids that I have worn for many years and perform better than theirs. They had me fill out an agreement, that after the trial they would be financed. Well, my bank account was charged 5 days later for $114.07. I was told when I returned their hearing aids before the trial was up that everything would be cancelled. This did not happen? Their Hearing Specialist I believe is not a Clinical Audiologist there was no certificate on his rented office walls stating as such. I believe fraud has been committed against me.

User's recommendation: Be very carefully when signing anything and make sure your a being test my a Clinical Audiologist
